Merrian Sangalli is the founder of Calmology – she grew up in Perth but is based in Adelaide. She has been working solely in the area of resolving agitation in aged care since 2012. Merrian has developed a very refined plant-based solution which has been used on hundreds of people with very severe agitation and pain – and this is accompanied with her new Mentor Program which includes a cloud-based assessment process that can be easily utilised by health and aged care professionals to develop a holistic care strategy for a person with agitation or complex behaviours.
