Jade Gilchrist has 20 years of experience in Lifestyle in Australia and China. Jade has worked in various roles in Disability, Aged Care and Education within the Leisure & Health context. Graduating in 2014 from USQ as a qualified anthropologist Jade is using her research skills to revisit Diversional Therapy practice in preparation for the Baby Boomer generation and this has now led to new research into how DTs facilitate purposeful activities for their residents.
