Dr Stewart Alford is an Associate Lecturer in Health Services Management and Academic Course Advisor at the School of Health Sciences, Western Sydney University. Dr Alford completed his PhD in 2019 surrounding the facilitation of self-determination and personal resilience in consumers with an enduring mental illness through the therapeutic recreation intervention - Recovery Camp. With developing research interests in the areas of Therapeutic Recreation in Mental Health Settings, Lifestyle Prescription, and Recreation Management.

Jason Cavanagh is currently in his final year at Western Sydney University studying Social Science majoring in Psychology and is a member of the Golden Key honour’s society. Jason was a successful recipient of a Western Sydney University Summer Research Scholarship in 2020/2021.
Jason is the founder of the 6@6 Men’s Mental Health Group and works as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Benevolent Society NSW.
