Diana Rizos presently works as Quality, Compliance & Risk Manager at the Greek Orthodox Community Home for the Aged located in Earlwood.She has worked in the leisure and health industries for fourteen years and eight of those years have been in Aged Care recreation, leisure and lifestyle.
Prior to entering the Aged Care industry she worked in the fitness and health industry helping all ages of people to achieve their goals in improving their lifestyles, their general health and wellbeing.Diana has worked with school aged children to older adults in traditional gym settings and the outdoors to local community subsidised programs.She presented Health Information Workshops for a number of community groups through Share Learning for Life (a Not-for-Profit Health and Wellbeing community-based exercise service for over 50s).
Diana is an Accredited NDIS Service Provider under the category of Improved Health and Wellbeing and she is an AusREP Level 3 Registered Exercise Professional with Fitness Australia.
Her enjoyment of working with older adults led Diana to working in the Aged Care industry which she absolutely loves.She first entered residential aged care homes working as a Physio Aide then as RAO and progressed to managing DT departments.
